**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and develop new team members on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock is available
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and execute visual merchandising displays
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Assist in the hiring, training, and scheduling of staff members
- Contribute to the achievement of financial objectives by controlling expenses and implementing cost-saving measures

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail management or a similar role preferred
- Strong mathematical skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively sell and promote products to customers
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist a diverse customer base
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues diplomatically
- Experience in training development is an asset
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
