**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a **Project Support Lead**—a hybrid role combining the technical skill of a highly experienced carpenter with the organizational ability to support project management. This key role will work directly with ownership, ensuring projects run smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform detailed **material takeoffs** and assist with procurement.
- Review and provide feedback on **construction/shop drawings**.
- Support **project scheduling, coordination, and execution**.
- Implement and monitor **safety protocols** and SOPs.
- Balance both **on-site leadership** and **off-site planning/administration**.
- Serve as a direct support to the company owner in day-to-day operations.

**Qualifications**
- Journeyperson Carpenter (Red Seal preferred) or equivalent expertise.
- Strong background in **formwork and framing** for residential/multi-family projects.
- Proficiency with construction software and digital tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Must own a **pickup truck** for site visits and light transport.
