The primary focus of the Territory Sales Manager (Outside Sales)is to provide exceptional customer sales and service for MacMor Industries Ltd customers. They are responsible to grow sales opportunities within their assigned territories through preserving their existing customer relationship base and acquiring new customers. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of products available from MacMor and a general knowledge of industry trends for customers served by MacMor.

Meet and work to exceed assigned sales targets on a consistent basis through:

- Soliciting and fulfilling orders from established customers in their territory by visiting them on site, at their business, as well as touch points by phone.
- Cold calling to attain and secure new customers.
- Showing samples or catalogue illustrations of products to prospective buyers and explaining their merit.
- Quoting prices, credit, and discount terms to customers.
- Provides recommendations and educates customers on product offerings related to their business.
- Arranging delivery schedules and Deliver items sold when required.
- Awareness of latest market conditions, product innovations, and price changes.
- Log weekly call reports to track activity and vehicle mileage.
- Maintain office work area in a safe, neat and tidy manner at all times.
- Maintain supply of all Vendor Catalogues for their customers.
- Work with Purchasing for initiated sales to obtain goods or substitutions as required.
- Resolving customer complaints and returned goods processing.
- Initiate and/or complete Customer Complaint form and conduct investigation if applicable.
- Conduct root cause investigations of identified corrective actions and monitor implemented corrective actions as required.
- Complete Quality Management Reporting (QMS) on events.
- Assist in conducting inventory counts as assigned.
- May be required to perform other job-related activities as assigned.

- Must be able to communicate well with management, co-workers as well as other departments.
- Valid Driver’s License and use of own vehicle is required (car allowance provided)

**Preferred Education & Experience**:

- 2+ years of proven success and work experience in Outside Sales environment preferred.
- Written and verbal communication, math, reading, and spelling skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
