**TRAINING/SAFETY FACILITATOR**

We are currently hiring a Training & Safety Facilitator for our Kent store at - **225 Chain Lake Drive, Halifax NS.**

**What you will do**:

- Key coach and mentor for all aspects of safety within the facility
- Incident/accident investigation
- Promote safe and healthy work environment
- Create excitement and engagement of our safety culture
- Report and identify opportunities to improve
- Continuous improvement to our organization’s safety
- Train and monitor safety standards
- Management and facilitation of documentation/Certifications
- Facilitate safety orientation for new hires

**What you will bring**:

- Post secondary education considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable having difficult conversations.
- Agile, organized and able to manage conflicting priorities.
- Advance working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products
- Work with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure with strict time frames
