Reports Administrator Job Description
Sterling Fire Protection is on the hunt for a Reports Administrator to join our bustling admin team If you’re a master of organization and have an eagle eye for details, this role is made for you. As our Reports Administrator, you’ll be the hero who tracks, produces, edits, and submits our inspection reports with flair. We're looking for someone with a sharp analytical mind, top-notch typing skills, and the magical ability to turn handwritten notes into pristine, typed, accurate documents. What You’ll Do
- Report Mastery: Receive handwritten and typed reports from technicians, verify data completeness, and ensure everything meets our quality standards.
- Tech Savvy: Use Adobe Acrobat and Excel templates to create, sustain, and revise various inspection reports.
- Timely Execution: Ensure reports are generated accurately and on time.
- Archive Expert: Manage both electronic and physical report archives with meticulous attention to naming conventions.
- Sales Collaboration: Work with the sales team to understand report requirements and deadlines.
- Record Keeper: Oversee the maintenance and updating of records of completed reports, ensuring date and detail accuracy.
- Reception Backup: Step in to welcome clients and vendors, handle phone calls, take messages, transfer calls, and manage front office deliveries.
- Administrative All-Rounder: Take on other administrative responsibilities as needed.
What You Need
- Experience: At least 3 years in administrative/reception roles.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 60 WPM.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, adherence to timelines, and organizational ability are a must.
