Parkland County, Canada Anohka Distillery Full time

We are a newly built craft distillery producing Canada's best London Dry gin and malt whisky on our farm in Parkland County, just west of Stony Plain. We are located 20 minutes west of Edmonton, and just off the intersection of Yellowhead and highway 770.

**Duties include**:

- Setting up and stocking food items and other necessary supplies.
- Preparing food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
- Cooking food items by baking, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Cleaning and sanitising cooking surfaces throughout the shift.
- Performing inventory checks and completing appropriate records.
- Working as a part of our team and helping us wherever we might need assistance on any given day
- Knowledge of baking and dough making is an asset


Our distillery is open Wednesday to Sunday, and closed on Monday and Tuesday.

The start date for this position will be as soon as possible.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend

- Parkland County, AB T7Y 2J5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Line Cook: 2 years (preferred)
- Cooking: 2 years (preferred)
