**The shift will be Monday to Thursday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Must have a willingness to travel and reliable transportation**.

**The Role**:

- Assist in the structural framing of residential homes
- Complete the strapping on houses 1st, 2nd, and basement living areas
- Construction of drops, bulk heads, stud straightening, finished basements and stairs
- Review and follow working drawings
- Building frost walls and basement bulk headers
- Conducts work safety and adheres to safety protocols
- Perform additional duties, as required

- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour and lift 50 pounds
- Ability to adhere to standardized work
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Certified in Working At Heights (required)
- Ability to commit to the work schedule with punctuality
