**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PAINTER**

You are focused on bringing back homes and businesses to their former beauty. Your attention to detail and passion for painting assists you in delivering superior quality work to your customers. Whether you are priming kitchen cabinets, painting a ceiling or a wall you consistently demonstrate skill in the safe operation of tools. Your ability to oversee laborers ensuring that the quality standards of the company are being met and as well as your knowledge of materials, methods and the tools involved in the construction or repair of residential & commercial buildings, will set you up for success in this role

Your excellent communication skills assist you as you work collaboratively with construction crews. Health and safety are important to you which is why you respect all policies and procedures and ensure that they are followed by other employees and subcontractors. You are a get-it-done person who likes to be active and isn't afraid to jump right in and make things happen. You take pride in your work and feel good about being able to restore order for people in our community while helping us build a loyal customer base

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least 2 year' of experience painting in construction or restoration industry
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid drivers' license
- Availability for scheduled on-call and after-hour shifts
- Work activities may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)
