**Job Title: Automotive Painter**

We are a busy, customer-focused automotive shop specializing in [collision repair, custom paintwork, restorations, etc.—adjust as needed]. Our team takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. We’re looking to add a skilled and motivated Automotive Painter to our crew.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and paint vehicles, parts, and panels to manufacturer or custom specifications
- Perform masking, sanding, priming, color matching, and clear coating
- Working with body fill and fiberglass.
- Mix and match paint using computerized systems or manual methods
- Maintain a clean and organized paint booth and work area
- Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy before delivery
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as an automotive painter (collision repair or custom paintwork preferred)
- Knowledge of paint mixing, spraying techniques, and refinishing processes
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
