**P&H Milling**: P&H is the largest Canadian-owned milling company. The P&H Milling Group sources wheat from Western Canada, Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada to produce quality flour and cereal products. The lineup includes hard red spring wheat flour for breads and other bakery products, soft winter wheat flour for cakes and cookies, as well as semolina flour for pasta, organic flour, and atta flour for chappati. In our specialty milling operation in Saskatoon, we also mill pea fractions.
From its mills in Halifax, Nova Scotia; Acton, Hanover, Hamilton, and Cambridge, Ontario; Saskatoon, Saskatchewan; and Lethbridge, Alberta, the P&H Milling Group supplies flour to customers throughout Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, the Middle East, Iceland, and Pacific Rim countries.

**Your Role**: Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative support to the Mill leadership team and staff in all aspects of our operations
**Day to Day**:
- Provide essential administrative support to ensure seamless site operations
- Coordinate onboarding, training schedules, and Return to Work programs.
- Organize internal events, engagement activities, and social committee initiatives.
- Oversee mail, couriers, office supplies, and user access for new hires and terminations.
- Contribute to workplace safety by helping implement and track health & safety programs.
- Help administer eCompliance and iLobby platforms, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Track and report key safety and training metrics (KPIs).
- Manage PPE inventory, supplies, and employee records with confidentiality.
- Support cross-functional teams with a wide range of administrative tasks as needed.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary education in a related field (college diploma or university degree).
- 2+ years of experience in administrative or operations support, ideally in food manufacturing or a fast-paced production environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable navigating administrative systems and tools.
- Willingness to occasionally enter production areas (Mill/Warehouse) to support operations.
