sty, fraud or violence. *Duties*: - Prepare and cook menu items ensuring timely and high-quality food preparation. - Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes meticulously to maintain consistency in food presentation and taste. - Oversee kitchen and line operations, especially in the absence of chefs, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards. - Train and develop new team members, providing guidance on kitchen procedures and techniques. - Manage food safety protocols, including temperature monitoring and chemical usage, to maintain high standards. - Implement quality control measures and ensure staff accountability - Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including daily and deep cleaning tasks, to uphold sanitation standards. - Manage inventory and stock on the line, communicating daily freezer pulls and stock levels to relevant staff members. - Communicate low prep and inventory levels to prevent shortages and maintain smooth operations. - Conduct line cooking during service hours to ensure timely and quality food preparation. - Ensure proper kitchen shutdown procedures are followed, including completing checklists and securing the kitchen at the end of each shift. - Comply with administrative policies and procedures as set forth from time to time;
