Lucere Dermatology & Laser Clinic is seeking a Laser Technician to join our team of qualified experts devoted to providing our clients with the best cosmetic treatments possible. Our clinic is a leader in the industry, with two state-of-the-art clinics in South Edmonton and Downtown Edmonton, led by Board Certified Dermatologist, Dr. Zaki Taher.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performing laser and cosmetic treatments such as Laser Hair Removal, IPL, resurfacing lasers, skin tightening, body contouring, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, facials, and medical-grade skincare.
- Providing excellent customer service and communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and understanding of treatments.
- Maintaining accurate records of treatments and client information.
- Ensuring a clean and safe work environment for clients and staff.
- Continuously learning and training to keep up with the latest advancements in cosmetic treatments.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Service.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with a variety of cosmetic treatments, including Laser Hair Removal, IPL, resurfacing lasers, skin tightening, body contouring, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, facials, and medical-grade skincare.
- Familiarity with Fraxel Resurfacing, Clear + Brilliant, Thermage, RF Microneedling, Skin Tightening, Fotona, and other similar treatments is an asset.
- Able to multitask in a busy environment.
- Must have a passion for working with people.
