**About the Mitsubishi HCC Leadership Program**:
The Leadership Program targets high performing recent university graduates that want to start their career. This program offers the opportunity to perform four rotational assignments within different departments of our company, in order to fully understand our products and operations.

The program is up to 12 months with a flexible rotation schedule designed to meet both business needs of the company and professional development goals of the individual. These assignments may be carried out in any of the company’s departments including: Financial Departments (Accounting/Treasury/Tax), Human Resources, Legal, Marketing, Operations, Risk (Credit, Compliance, Asset Management, Collections), or Sales (ABL/Floor planning, Capital Markets, Intermediary Relations, SDG, or Vendor). Within each assignment you may learn specific positions within the company, collaborate on projects and have visibility to leadership.

The Mitsubishi HC Capital Canada Leadership Program focuses on developing your personal and professional skills as well as your career interests. You will be invited to actively participate in your professional development, based on goals set by your manager. Throughout the program, the MLP mentor and your manager will make sure to be there for you to offer you adequate coaching and identify with you your avenues of development. Your ambitions, skills and abilities will allow you to create your own career. So be in control of your future

**The Profile we are looking for**:

- University degree preferably a business degree
- 0 - 5 years of experience in the labour market
- Bilingual English and French an asset
- Demonstrate leadership and creativity
- Be motivated at work and enjoy achieving goals
- Excellent time and priority management
- Experience in academic involvement, academic competitions, organizing committee, etc. (an asset)
- Ability to solve problems
- Possess financial mathematical skills.
