**About Us**

JG Contracting is a trusted name in high-end residential and commercial renovations. We’re currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Millwork Contractor to join our team on a subcontract basis. From custom cabinetry to built-ins and trim work, we need a professional who delivers precision and craftsmanship.

**Responsibilities**
- Fabricate and install custom millwork, including cabinetry, vanities, built-ins, wall panels, and trim
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and site measurements
- Ensure precise fitting, finishing, and alignment on-site
- Collaborate with project managers and designers to meet design intent and timelines
- Work with a variety of materials including wood, MDF, and veneers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional worksite
- Provide own tools, transportation, and crew (if applicable)

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in millwork fabrication and installation
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry systems, hardware, and joinery techniques
- Ability to read and work from detailed drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and finishing
- WSIB coverage and liability insurance
- Own tools and reliable transportation

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with high-end custom millwork
- Familiarity with CNC or shop-based fabrication processes
- Ability to coordinate site conditions with off-site fabrication
