At Novex Distribution Inc., we specialize in high-quality European cabinetry solutions for residential, builder, and small multi-family projects. Based in North Vancouver, BC, we are seeking a driven and relationship-focused **Outside Sales Representative** to help expand our presence and build lasting client connections across Vancouver.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively develop new business opportunities with builders, developers, and multi-unit housing clients
- Regularly review local permit activity to identify upcoming projects
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand needs
- Serve as the main contact between the job site and our inside sales team
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with contractors and key stakeholders
- Contribute to marketing efforts and outreach strategies

**What You Bring**:

- Strong understanding of construction processes and project timelines
- Proven ability to develop and maintain business relationships
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and client accounts

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience
- At least 3 years working in the construction or building products industry
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in cabinets, millwork, or home building products
- Must be able to commute to and work in North Vancouver, BC

**Compensation**:
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday
**Language**: Strong proficiency in spoken and written English is required to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
