MOBIA is currently recruiting a Project Manager to join our team. With strong leadership and a customer service focus, as a Project Manager you will ensure consistent, on time execution and top-quality outcomes for all projects. You will be held accountable for managing customer satisfaction, meeting budget, project planning, monitoring and documentation of all projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The Project Manager is responsible for efficient delivery of various projects. The Project Manager will:

- Manage a portfolio of technical projects that vary in scope from small projects, to larger, more complex build or commissioning projects as needed.
- Develop and maintain project plans for your portfolio including; scope statements, delivery and resource schedules, communication plans, goals and milestones, deliverables and deadlines.
- Track project stages and ensure any roadblocks to completion are mitigated or escalated.
- Complete project coordination tasks required to initiate, organize, and close projects in your portfolio.
- Provide regular project documentation tracking, reporting, and follow up to both internal and external customers.
- Facilitate regular customer meetings and ensure a steady flow of communication to and from team members, stakeholders, internal clients, steering committee, updating them on the projects' progress following the governance established.
- Ensure completed projects are fully documented and implementation is following specifications.
- Monitor project budgets or material costs, meet contract and customer invoicing (billing) expectations and financial forecasting for our internal finance team.

**Preferred Skills / Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education; Engineering Technology Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science or Engineering or equivalent experience and education in a directly related capacity.
- A minimum of 5 years Project Management, Project Coordination, or Implementation Management experience in a technical industry, field installation or service management environment.
- Experience with various project management methodologies and DevSecOps project delivery is an asset.
- Experience coaching/leading a team is an asset
- Experience managing multiple projects at once, including the schedule and financials.
- Proven ability to build relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, relationship building, and organizational skills required to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- PMI certifications are an asset.
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
