Our team at SolutionInc is looking for a driven **Project Manager** to help us successfully implement our growing portfolio. **Duties May Include**:

- Is able to deliver projects on time, on budget, while meeting customer expectations.
- Manage projects based on the aspects of IT Delivery Standard Practices framework and Project Management Guidelines for Technology Projects.
- Oversee the timely delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with the delivery framework.
- Handling project escalations and advising other team members on resolving project issues.
- Review project management deliverables such as business cases, project and change requests.
- Interfaces with external organization’s, such as system integrators or service providers as it relates to delivery of projects.
- Is accountable for development of executive level project delivery reporting.
- Provides advanced scheduling and estimating guidance to the managers, and ensures that project schedules are of appropriate quality, and advance regularly and are properly baselined.
- Participates in the creation and delivery of PM reports to keep other team members up to date.
- Contributes to the advancement of the delivery framework, development or enhancement of templates, standards, and tools.
- Conducts project QA reviews.

**Skills and Qualifications Required**:

- Minimum of five (5) years of Project Management experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification current and active.
- Understanding of various Project Management methodologies and tools and proven ability to effectively tailor them to the needs of projects.
- Proven experience in delivering complex technology-enabled business projects.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Experience in managing system integrators and service providers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to act decisively in critical situations and to prevent a potential problem.
