**what you’ll do**:

- Work with the research team and act as the lead in knowledge mobilization.
- Collaborate with hospital researchers, clinician-scientists, and leadership to develop novel research ideas and turn those ideas into well-designed research projects.
- Lead and oversee the knowledge mobilization portions of our research projects.
- Lead the mobilization of our discoveries and innovations through both traditional (peer-reviewed journals and conference presentations) and non-traditional (e.g., policy documents, community outreach) dissemination methods.
- Help build internal capacity in the methodologies in which you are an expert, through the creation/delivery of educational materials, seminars, and workshops.

**who you are**:

- You have significant training and/or experience in knowledge mobilization (e.g., health/science communication, information science, marketing) at the PhD level.
- You’re a pro in tools and techniques such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, audio/video editing.
- You have at least 2 years’ experience carrying out knowledge mobilization work using both traditional and non-traditional dissemination methods.
- You have experience helping others develop research ideas into real projects as well as experience developing your own lines of research.
- You like helping people learn more about the areas you’re an expert in.
- You have strong knowledge of research best practices, the Canadian healthcare system, and the healthcare funding landscape.
- You’re able to communicate your ideas to a range of audiences and integrate the feedback you receive to improve your work.
- You have a desire to positively change the way healthcare is delivered using the newest digital tools.
