**Position Overview**

The Crewing Coordinator (PepsiCo Foods Canada) partners with leadership to ensure a high level of system related administrative support, enabling efficient and accurate payroll outputs. Collaborates to ensure payroll input accuracy, responsible for timely creation/updates to employee job records and position data. This position will support and receive direction from the Payroll and Benefits Analyst.

**Major Areas of Responsibility**
- Daily and weekly crewing activities
- Leads the effort on daily reconciliation of timecards, record call-ins, updating the attendance tracker, and issuing required reports
- Assists supervisors and end-users in completing various timekeeping, scheduling tasks, and reconciliations
- Reviews weekly reconciliation report from Payroll and provide notes on items pending completion or with discrepancies; process required corrections via off cycle or historical edits
- Coordinates data entry of new/rehires, terminations, employee change reports, and other miscellaneous updates, to ensure timely delivery of these data elements to on site payroll/timekeeping
- Act as a contact and aid to employees with any inquiries regarding payroll, attendance, paid time off and other timekeeping matters
- Manage, track, and communicate various financial administrative controls
- Support community projects including active participation in DE&I
- Develop others - answer questions and deliver coaching and training

**Specific Responsibilities of the Job**
- Daily and weekly crewing activities
- Review timesheets in Kronos for completeness, adjust information previously entered with errors, and provide feedback
- Resolve and obtain answers to complex problems and instruct team members on appropriate procedures
- Assist with new employee onboarding
- Track and process weekly payroll adjustments
- Collect documentation to input data into Kronos/SAP
- Validate accurate employee set-up in payroll systems
- Review all completed employee change forms involving salary changes, supervisor changes, position changes, etc.
- Review and validate payroll hours and expenses owed and/or validate all hours and expenses owed upon termination/final pay
- Maintain accurate pay rule, accrual profile, and schedule group for employees
- Performs data entry, develop, and analyze reports, utilizing payroll and timekeeping systems
- Responsible for accruals, projections, and other reports for payroll
- Vacation tracking/attendance tracking for payroll
- Balance system generated PTO balances against associate attendance records
- Calculate safety hours each period
- Run, analyze, and distribute reports for approval and compliance standards
- Organize/maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy
- Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material daily
- Supporting the location with special projects and tasks as needed

**Qualifications**
**Qualifications**
- 3+ years’ relevant experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Relevant post-secondary education preferred (i.e., business, finance, etc.)
- Intermediate skills in M365 (Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Demonstrated ability prioritizing work and multi-tasking
- Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills
- High level of discretion with confidential and sensitive information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
- Respects and values difference, acts with integrity, and operates within a framework of fair play
