**A Day in the Life**
- Manage and maintain the Workflow Request Queue in SuccessFactors Employee Central for assigned Payroll Area
- Process a weekly payroll for approx. 1000 union and non-unionized hourly employees
- Ensure compliance with Federal & Provincial Payroll legislation and company policies
- Process payroll adjustments, including bonuses, deductions, allowances etc. as required
- Run payroll departmental reports as required
- Print and distribute pay statements and/or cheques on a weekly basis
- Assist in the processing of record of employments on a weekly basis
- Maintain employee records as per government regulations
- Monitor and address employee inquiries from the Payroll Support Helpdesk
- Liaison with branches on payroll related items
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information
- Assist with other payroll-related duties as assigned

**What we are seeking**:

- Minimum 1 years of experience in Processing Payroll
- Minimum 1 years of SAP Success Factors experience preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel/Outlook
- Strong organizational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail a must
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CPA Certification an asset
