**Who are you?**

You are a detail-oriented and results-driven finance professional with a passion for helping customers make confident buying decisions. With strong knowledge of financial processes, lending practices, and compliance requirements, you thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment where accuracy and Guest experience go hand in hand.

You’re just as comfortable analyzing numbers and ensuring profitability as you are sitting down with guests to clearly explain financing options. You take pride in building trust, creating positive experiences, and supporting both the sales team and leadership with your financial expertise.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Selects appropriate lender, secures approval, obtains guests commitment, and finalizes delivery
- Manages placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVR
- Assists sales desk in structuring deal
- Consistently adheres to all F&I office process and flow of contracts
- Tracks and monitors F&I PVR, product penetration and lender penetrations
- Participates weekly in sales meetings regarding F&I training and issues
- Assists General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- **Financial Expertise** - Strong knowledge of credit reports, credit submissions, and budgeting.
- **Industry Knowledge** - Familiarity with dealership operations, RV or automotive sales financing, warranty programs, and extended service products.
- **Regulatory Compliance** - Understanding of lending practices, credit approval processes, and provincial/federal financial regulations.
- **Sales & Customer Service Orientation** - Comfortable presenting financing options to guests in a clear, professional, and approachable manner.
- **Leadership & Team Management** - Experience supervising Sales or administrative staff, with strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
- **Technology Proficiency** - Skilled in financial software, dealership management systems (DMS), and Microsoft Excel.
- **Problem-Solving Ability** - Quick to resolve discrepancies, negotiate with lenders, and support both the sales and service departments.
- **Communication Skills** - Excellent written and verbal communication for working with guests, lenders, and internal teams.
- **Attention to Detail** - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines accurately.
- **Internal Desire**- Self starter, ability to work independently, detail focused, and excellent time management. Desire to exceed the guests expectations.

**Health & Safety Considerations**
- Strict adherence to all health & safety policies is necessary
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
- Able to work comfortably with computer equipment, including monitor, keyboard and mouse
- Bending, lifting, kneeling, reaching
- Ability to deal with guests, vendors, management, and co-workers using calm, effective and courteous communication

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
