We are a tattoo shop expanding into the field of art, stories and music, bringing together artists of all kinds in a fun and exciting way. Our mission is to create art, with love, that ignites a spark within people to live their best life, or even just to smile once that day. We want to support artists in chasing their passion professionally and spreading their creativity far and wide.

**The position**

This is a part time position with flexible hours as long as we can arrange for 1-2 days per week to connect Generally Sunday-Wednesday works best, during the day and we live in Canada :) Starting rate is negotiable and based on experience and performance during the first 3 months. Commission/bonus pay is also available for an individual who believes in our project and wants to help us grow We believe in sharing the work and sharing the reward This is not your typical social media position - we are not looking for run of the mill posts, but instead for someone who wants to get creative and can put us on the map, and be recognized for it

**Qualities we are looking for**
- You have an extensive knowledge of tiktok and Instagram. You are familiar with Pinterest and Facebook/meta.
- You enjoy staying up to date with trends, changes in platforms and are eager to always be learning
- Experience making videos and basic photo editing
- Basic marketing know how - formal training not required, but intuitive knowledge of what information should be included and how it is arranged.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You can proactively manage your day, you are extremely organized and have amazing attention to detail. You can handle several projects at once without things slipping through the cracks. You don’t need to be reminded to complete or follow up with tasks.
- You can take projects with mínimal instruction and anticipate the steps.
- You enjoy taking projects to completion.
- You can thoroughly research information needed to complete a task and anticipate further questions that may arise.
- Having a positive and fun-loving attitude is vital to us.
