**Responsibilities**:

- Complete drafting assignments, including real property reports and final grading certificates.
- Learn and adopt office procedures regarding drafting matters.
- Communicate and coordinate drafting work with clients, contractors, and coworkers.
- Comply with regulatory and internal safety procedures.

**Requirements**:

- 2-year Diploma which includes both drafting and survey qualifications
- AutoCAD Certificate
- Reliable vehicle
- Class 5 driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check

- Ability to prioritize tasks

Working Conditions
- Full Time (40 hours per week)
- We are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to work in the office drafting or in the field as a surveyor.
- Occasional travel and overtime, including weekends, may be required.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to navigate uneven landscapes.
- Work at a desk for extended periods of time.
