**Position Overview**:
As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our bar offers a top-notch experience to our guests. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of service, strategic planning, and executing innovative drink specials and promotions. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Be part of the team on the schedule.
- Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold company standards.
- Develop and maintain an innovative drink menu that reflects current trends and customer preferences.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Create and implement staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the bar area.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing strategies and promotional events.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and adjust offerings accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bar management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and bartending techniques.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in training and developing staff.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient in inventory management and understanding of financials.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
