We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team in the role of **Accounts Receivable Clerk.**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with reconciling Ecommerce Accounts
- Oversee prepaid customer accounts
- Manage US State Sales Tax filings
- Day to day accounts receivable data entry and reconciliation
- SPS invoicing
- Perform Month-end and Year-end procedures
- Perform administrative duties as needed (ie. completing forms and or documents for customer accounts).

**Skills and Requirements**
- 3+ years experience in bookkeeping - academic background in bookkeeping is preferred;
- Self starter and takes initiative
- Positive and enthusiastic with the willingness to be Legendary;
- Demonstrated willingness and ability to embrace technology and automation;
- Superior verbal and written communications skills ;
- Detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational skills;
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, etc), Google Drive and Microsoft Office;

Pay: From $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
