**9:00am-5:00pm PST (Monday - Friday)**

As a Auxiliary Technician/Warehouse Assistant, you are an integral part of building and maintaining client relationships.

**Salary Expectations**:
As an entry-level Auxiliary Technician/Warehouse Assistant, the starting salary is $45,000 CAD. As you gain more experience, we provide a competitive salary range of $46,000 - $60,000 CAD.

**Position Summary - Responsibilities**:

- Servicing routes on an as needed basis
- Product runs and warehouse maintenance
- General office duties
- Provide interior and exterior inspections for residential customers
- Identify pests, entry points, and infestations
- Provide appropriate treatments for pests and rodents
- Produce service reports for all work performed and products used
- Customer Service; answer all customer inquiries in a professional manner and recommend appropriate solutions to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain excellent customer relationships

**Physical Demands**:

- Must have the ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds of equipment
- Must be able to access and be comfortable with working in a variety of conditions, such as confined spaces (i.e crawl spaces), damp and/or dusty locations
- Must be able to physically perform essential duties, such as walking, crouching, balancing, and reaching

- Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
- Reliable and able to communicate with Branch Managers and other coworkers
- Someone who takes pride in their work
- Someone who possesses strong interpersonal skills; able to build on existing and new customer relationships
- Someone who is a quick thinker and enjoys problem-solving
- Class 5 Driver's License + Clean Driver's Abstract
- Clean Criminal Record
- Interest in Pest Control
- Language requirement: English and Mandarin/Cantonese
