Northern Apex Inc. is staffing on behalf of a very well-known specialty pizza restaurant in Pickering Outstanding Customer Service is their main priority, while ensuring customers leave with a smile.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take in-store, online and phone orders for either pick-up or delivery
- Payment processing
- Provide suggestions, solutions and handle any and all customer inquiries
- Maintain company policies and procedures
- Label and prepare orders for pick-up or delivery
- Light cleaning duties of the storefront as required

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be available a minimum of 3 days per week
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Personable and able to work with the public, on-site
- English fluency is mandatory
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to follow direction and retain information during training course
