**Position Overview**
Reporting to the Fabrication Manager, the Fabrication Coordinator provides technical and administrative support to the Fabrication

Management Team to ensure project work is delivered as planned.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review drawings for construction including isometrics, drafting cutsheets’ and vendor drawings.

Coordination of drafting activities

Set up and review ongoing progress and maintain project schedules and deliverables

Review and takeoff of material required for fabrication
- Assist with field activities including ongoing welding progress verification (training to be provided).
- Assist with quality related activities including redlining (as built records) the compilation and review of permanent records and data input.
- Coordinate the project team and maintain the engineering support for piping fabrication to ensure effective flow of work.

**Required Knowledge and Experience**
- Completion of Engineering Degree or equivalent
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- Knowledge of industrial codes and standards.
- Ability to organize and work in fast turnover environment

Spool drafting program experience is considered an asset
