**Summary**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assist maintenance technicians in performing routine and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
- Support repair activities for machinery, HVAC systems, and utility equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools, parts, and work areas.
- Perform basic building maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, assembling shelves, minor plumbing tasks).
- Help monitor equipment for signs of wear or malfunction and report issues to the maintenance team.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Keep accurate maintenance logs and assist in updating documentation as needed.
- Perform other general support tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Team Lead.

**Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Experience in a fast paced, manufacturing environment with machinery.
- Material handling and warehousing.

**Education & Experience**
- Grade 12 Diploma preferred.
- Valid Forklift License (propane forklift)
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems is an asset.

**Physical Requirements**
- Are comfortable standing/walking for long periods.
- Fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or maintenance role preferred
- Ability to lift and move loads over 50lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

- Have a positive attitude, led by example and are respectful towards your team members.
- Understand the importance of health and safety at work and can follow instructions.

**Job Type**: Part-time
