**Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Abilities**:

- An undergraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent training and relevant experience
- 5 - 7 years of recent project management experience
- PMP designation preferred
- Lean certification preferred
- Experience leading technology projects such as RTLS, Single Sign On, Systems implementations, and migrations
- Ability to lead project teams and foster cooperation and open communication among team members.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management principles
- Broad knowledge of health care systems with and understanding of the relationships between government, primary and acute care
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner as well as collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service when interacting with patients, families, colleagues and physicians
- Understanding of clinical workflow in an acute care setting
- Effective facilitation, persuasion, and negotiation skills to achieve consensus, achieve desired outcomes, and resolve conflicts
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines, priorities, and projects while delivering objectives on-time under pressure
