**Maintenance Technician**

**Overview**

Sherlock Holmes Hospitality Group is currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician to help manage the general maintenance of our pubs

**Responsibilities**

**The responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician are as follows**:
**Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the pubs, including**
**basic plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. Manage pub renovation projects**
- **Mileage will be paid as there will be travel to each of the pubs in the Edmonton area**:

- **General repairs and upkeep of all pubs, manage tradesmen when required**:

- **This role would be ideal for someone looking to reduce hours or for PT work 15 to 20 hours per week**:

- **Hourly wage will be based upon experience**

**The qualifications of the Maintenance Technician are as follows**:
**A minimum of 3 year of related experience.**
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems.
- Basic plumbing skills
- Strong woodworking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
- Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies.
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 3 years (preferred)
