**Here is what you will do**

VitalAire is currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated full-time permanent **Salesforce Analyst** that will be based out of our **Mississauga, ON branch**. This position will be a hybrid position.

The Salesforce Analyst will be responsible for managing tactical accounts and reporting issues, data setup and security while driving utilization within the Air Liquide Group.

The incumbent will support the Salesforce CRM (“SDFC”) users and will need to interpret technical data, design custom reports and deliver effective user training.
- Increase overall performance and efficiency of Sales Representatives through optimizing user experience of Reports, Dashboards, KPIs and Content areas in Salesforce.
- Manage requests and troubleshoot issues along all entities within the Air Liquide group of companies.
- Ensure accuracy of assignment of accounts and contacts to Sales Representatives or Territory, monitor and analyze site metrics, system performance and user activity.
- Managing accounts general info (eg., segmentation, description, objectives) while defining and documenting requirements, processes and integrated policies to maximize the uptake of the systems amongst the users.
- Enhance user experience through CX-platform hotline support.
- Optimize user experience through the development and provision of training to users and managers and monitor implementation of the learning through measurement of uptake.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing shared services team and the Regional Sales Directors and Managers to develop the process and deploy marketing campaigns to key segmented customers.
- Anticipate changing trends in technology and prospectively suggest upgrades and/or adoption of complementary technologies to drive our performance.
- Manage database security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups on an ongoing basis.
- Take ownership of SFDC programming improvement projects and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Address business issues through conferring with users and other internal stakeholders to identify and define business problems and reach consensus of a solution.
- Implement the solution through innovating our systems and technologies.
- Maintains Professional and Technical knowledge by actively learning.
- Conducts annual territory planning to ensure efficient and effective sales and marketing activities are optimized and aligned with business goals and objectives.

**Here is what you will need**
- Undergraduate degree, Diploma and/or relevant experience or education in Data Sciences.
- Effective presentation skills and ability to lead effective training sessions to end users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Bilingualism in English and French is preferred.
