**Dental Receptionist - Extended Medical Leave**

**We are looking for an energetic dental receptionist to join our established family
- run dental practice in South London to help cover an extended medical leave. We have a fun, positive and collaborative team that is patient centered.**

**Responsibilities**
- **Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations.**:

- **Schedule and confirm appointments using electronic medical records systems.**:

- **Maintain patient records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with privacy regulations.**:

- **Process patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.**:

- **Assist with billing inquiries and insurance verification as needed.**:

- **Collaborate with dental staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.**:

- **Manage office supplies and maintain a clean, organized reception area.**

**Experience**
- **Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or CDAII is preferred.**:

- **Familiarity with dental terminology and dental procedures is highly desirable.**:

- **Familiarity with Dentrix software is an asset, but not required.**:

- **Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in an office environment.**:

- **Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with patients and staff.**:

- **Experience managing phone systems effectively in a busy reception setting.**

**We offer competitive compensation and a supportive and professional team environment with room for growth and professional development.**

**Renumeration will be determined based on experience.**

**Dental experience is an asset, but not required.**

**NO weekend hours and only one evening per week. Office is open Monday through Friday weekly.**

**Compensation: Base wage and Health Spending Account**

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
