**We are looking for an experienced Service Manager for Installation Services**
- For this position you will receive a base salary, plus bonuses following a probationary period. _

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting a team of sales associate and project coordinators in a fast paced and competitive environment.
- Work with contractors/installers on various projects from single dwellings to multi-units.
- Travels to construction sites for customer support as needed.
- Coordinating multi-unit installation projects in the field.
- Evaluate quality of installation and renovation projects.
- Help recruiting and onboarding of new installers.
- Helping to resolve customer challenges quickly and efficiently.
- Stay updated about latest building code trends and market conditions.
- Demonstrate high standards of safety and customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- Energetic, enthusiastic, and driven to succeed.
- Understanding of the importance of customers-focus.
- A strong foundation in construction / renovation and customer service.
- Problem solver who can work with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and team player.
- Organized, can manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Microsoft Office skills and willingness to learn new software programs.
- Able to travel to customer sites, a valid driver’s license is required.
- A knowledge of building materials, and the construction process is required.
- Knowledge of building codes would be considered an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication (bilingual would be considered an asset French/English).
