**Shift**:
Monday-Friday with varied hours due to operational needs

**Based**:
Overland West Freight Lines 25535 111 Ave Acheson AB T7X 6C8

Reporting to the Terminal Manager, the Operations Supervisor coordinates a crew of forklift operators in both inbound unloading and outbound loading to meet priority overnight outbound schedules.

**Job Requirements**:

- Transportation experience required - LTL experience preferred
- Management or Supervisory experience required
- Professional attitude in all interactions representing Overland West Freight Lines
- Excellent communication skills
- Forklift Certification required
- Basic geographical knowledge of BC and Alberta an asset
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software - Outlook, Excel, Word
- Ability to learn and operate within our in house tracking and billing software

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- $70-$75k base salary plus bonus
- Comprehensive benefits package available including pension matching program upon successful completion of probationary period
