Overview:
ESS & CAY is hiring for the heart of our teamour Front of House Manager This position is not a “reception” position it has many aspects and layers involved

**This is a temporary position for maternity coverage**

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to join our team. As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy luxury hair salon, ensuring excellent customer service and the highest level of organization.

**Responsibilities**:
We believe in a team environment and look to all of our employees to help contribute when they are not working with clients. This includes tidying at the end of your shift to ensure things are ready and prepared for the next shift/next day.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Proven experience in team management
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Light website design / maintenance skills an asset
- Adequate social media skills including Instagram, Facebook & Twitter a must
- Adequate skills with Microsoft Excel, Canva, Google Docs and Shopify an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
