IT Project PMO Coordinator

The Markets Technology Program Delivery team is focused on driving delivery and execution of Projects and Programs within Application Technology. We work with each of the technology pillars across Markets business; also interfacing with the business counterparts that are our major stakeholders. Our mission is to enable the technology teams to deliver great software and regularly deliver value to the business through planned initiatives both short and long term. chunks, embracing Agile ways of working and ensuring delivery against priority objectives to achieve business and technology outcomes. We provide appropriate governance and structure, while being conscious of the right balance of process to empower and accelerate teams.

**About the Role**

We are seeking a PMO Coordinator with 3 to 4 years of PMO or Project/Program/Portfolio coordination within the Technology, Banking or Consultancy industry. In this fast paced environment, you must be able to deliver quality reporting results, prioritize tasks, work within deadlines, taking a pragmatic and considered approach, paying close attention to details, and employing strong oral and written communication skills. Coordinating among a diverse team of PMO team members, developers, and project managers to ensure that delivery is done with tight deadlines. Management status update preparation & review, strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies with a strong mix of analytical & problem solving skills are required for this role.

**Responsibilities**:
This role will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

- Assist PMO leads and project managers in managing a large portfolio of programs and projects in accordance with Citi’s SDLC procedures which include many regulatory and compliance mandates
- Has the confidence and ability to convincingly structure, summarize, and present recommendation
- Utilize proficient Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills to provide effective reporting and documentation including dashboards and scorecards
- Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary to effectively communicate issues, risks, and progress on complex processes to multiple stakeholders
- Self-initiate, work productively when unsupervised and multitask across multiple concurrent projects
- Liaise among a range of teams from Technology Central Business Office, Technology Leads, and Program Management Office team to ensure alignment with overall objectives of the firm

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ Years relevant experience in PMO or Project/Program/Portfolio coordination role
- Experience/Knowledge of SDLC processes -Agile/Waterfall methodology
- Excellent analytical skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and comfortable analyzing data and validating data trends
- Solid level experience with projects, tasks, workflow and reporting in Jira and PPM tools
- Strong research skills, ability to evaluate and assess complex topics and creatively problem-solve
- Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships and break down silos
- Exceptional time management skills and work ethic, ability to work under deadlines and strong attention to detail
