**THE GIG**
We are looking for an amazing person to join our team as Customer Experience Assistant at our rockin’ head office in Hamilton, ON.

The Customer Experience Assistant is responsible for:

- Coordinating with web store team on customer service communication related to web purchases;
- Assisting the Marketing team with administrative duties as required; and
- Other duties as assigned.

**THE ROCK STAR**
- Previous experience in a customer service role;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to think of creative solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Full-time, permanent Purchasing Assistant position
