**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our team. The Logistic Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations. This role requires excellent planning and organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This Role is a Full-time Temporary position (1 year) that can potentially become a permanent position

**Duties**:

- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations. Must have Organizational Awareness
- Ensure all shipments are handled efficiently
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Establish work schedules and procedures with clients.
- Co-ordinate activities with other departments
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers and provide customer service
- Prepare and submit reports
- Perform routine clerical duties and and maintain work records
- Oversee inventory of goods
- Resolve any issues that may arise in the supply chain
- Communicate with co workers, internal departments and customers

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma
- Minimum of two years of proven work experience as a Logistic Coordinator or similar role. Preferably in the Automotive Industry
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Sage 50 Accounting Software)
- Strong knowledge Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of OEM Supplier Websites is an asset
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Able to work as part of a team
- Strong problem identifying and solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday (6AM - 3PM)

**Nice-to-have Skills**:

- Certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
