Applications are invited for the position of Sustainability Operations and Reporting Coordinator in the Planning, Sustainability & Capital Projects department, located at the Daniel J Patterson Campus. The starting hourly rate is $30.87/hr (Payband G $30.87/hr to $35.77/hr) for a 35 hour work week. Additional hours may be required as necessary.

Reporting to the Manager, Sustainability, the Sustainability Operations and Reporting Coordinator will work with campus stakeholders to identify, implement, and monitor new and existing sustainability-related projects and initiatives, providing training and workshops to staff, students, contractors and community partners to meet institutional sustainability objectives in line with the Niagara College Strategic Plan and Sustainability Plan to ensure continuous improvement. The position will coordinate comprehensive sustainability indicators through data collection, analysis, and technical report writing to support internal and external voluntary sustainability-related reporting, as well as legislative reporting requirements.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Tracking and monitoring sustainability indicators to maintain the comprehensive sustainability reporting framework for all internal and external sustainability-related reporting requirements, including voluntary and regulatory reporting
- Develop and deliver sustainability-related training and support materials for employees, students, contractors, and community partners on a broad range of sustainability-related content through a variety of mediums including presentations, recordings, website content, digital and hard copy guides, and brochures

**Required Qualifications**:

- Three (3) year diploma/degree in Science, Environment, Sustainability or related field of study
- Minimum three (3) years experience with broad sustainability project coordination, data analysis, and reporting
- Proven ability in formal report, grant, and technical writing
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with greenhouse gas quantification and waste management, including waste generation and production considered an asset
- Experience in an educational setting considered an asset
