**Typical Day**
- You’ll build relationships with customers to better understand their needs and offer them the very best customer experiences in-store, over the phone, and online.
- You’ll learn about the latest technologies in the ski and snowboard industry so that you can help pair customers up with the perfect products for them (particularly in outerwear, layering, and accessories for skiing and snowboarding).
- You’ll contribute to the overall presentation of the store with projects like merchandising, restocking, and cleaning.
- You’re keen to learn about new technologies and the latest trends in skiing and snowboarding.
- You’re confident speaking to a variety of different people, both over the phone and in-store. We can teach you what to say, but you have to be comfortable chatting with strangers.
- You care about your teammates and your customers. You’re always ready to contribute, even when the task isn’t easy or doesn’t come naturally to you.
- You're comfortable working on your feet in a fast pace environment and are able to lift 15-20lbs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: From $17.75 per hour
