Job Summary
- You’ll learn about the newest products and technologies in the Ski & Snowboard Industry so that you can offer exceptional customer service
- You’ll assist in the training and upkeep of staff knowledge on products in department
- You’ll contribute to ensuring that product inventory needs of the store are met
- You’ll maintain and update the store displays along with merchandising of department
- You are keen to learn about new products, technologies and trends in skiing and snowboarding especially when it comes to the clothing and related accessories.
- You have an attention to detail and lead by example
- You enjoy communicating with a variety of people both in person and on the phone
- You care about your teammates and your customers. You’re always looking to listen and contribute, even when the task isn’t easy or doesn’t come naturally to you.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 7 months

**Experience**:
- Sales: 1 year (required)
