Red Hill Toyota, part of the Parkway Motors Auto Group, is seeking a results-driven, experienced Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our top-performing Pre-owned Vehicle Department. If you have a proven track record of retailing 40+ used vehicles per month, can lead and inspire a team, and have the experience and instincts of a strong buyer—we want to hear from you.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Proven success selling 40+ pre-owned units per month**:

- Minimum 3 years in automotive sales management, with a focus on used vehicles
- Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and hold a team accountable
- Strong working knowledge of desking, which will be part of the role
- **A strong, strategic buyer with sharp appraisal and acquisition skills**:

- ** Deep understanding of used car market trends, inventory turn, and profitability**:

- Ability to market inventory online, optimizing listings for engagement and conversion.
- Experience with digital sales tools, CRMs, and online inventory platforms
- A collaborative leader who can partner with GSM and GM to drive overall dealership performance

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and motivate a high-performing pre-owned sales team
- Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Consultants to consistently achieve targets
- Maintain accountability for individual and team performance
- Work closely with the General Sales Manager and General Manager to execute sales strategies, manage inventory, and meet financial goals
- Source, appraise, and acquire high-quality pre-owned inventory
- Optimize lot presentation and digital merchandising to drive traffic and conversions
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards throughout the sales process
