**The Opportunity**:

- The Parts Supervisor is Directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Branch Parts Department
- Ensures the strategic and operating goals and objectives of the Parts Department are met while meeting established profit targets

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage parts sales process in support of our Dealers and OEM Programs.
- Warehouse operations and Inventory replenishment.
- Oversight of Parts related Safety programs.
- Training of Dealer Parts Staff on the Part ordering process.
- Pricing strategy and maintenance.
- Ensure to satisfy Customers and Dealers.
- Manage Parts online using inventory and ERP systems.
- Manage Customer retention and growth.
- Parts marketing and developing Parts Pricing Policies.
- Responsible for vendor interactions related to parts ordering and management.
- Overseeing inventory and inventory control.
- Control Revenue/margins/expense and budgets and absorption.

**Qualifications**:

- Five years of Parts, Inventory management and supervision experience is required.
- Knowledge of Parts counter process, warehousing practices, and vendor systems.
- Knowledge of Heavy Equipment Parts.
- Supervisory or management experience.
- General financial knowledge is required.

**Experience**:

- Parts management: 3 years (preferred).
- Management: 3 years (preferred).
- Heavy Equipment: 1 year (preferred).
- Dealership: 3 years (preferred).
