Our **High Level, AB** location is currently looking for a:
**Loader Operator**

The Loader Operator reports directly to the Plant Manager. They are responsible for the safe and proper handling, loading, and storage of aggregate materials, and for the proper care and maintenance of ready-mix plant equipment. They are also responsible for the upkeep of the plant property and premise.

The standard work week for the loader operator/yard person is 40 hours. However, there are peak periods that will require you to work overtime.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of loader operator experience
- Yard maintenance experience required
- Responsible for the safe, accurate and efficient operation of the loader and plant loading equipment
- Fully trained in the operation and capability of a front-end wheel loader
- May require considerable physical activity, must be capable of heavy lifting, bending, and twisting
- Be mechanically inclined and technically competent
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime
- Have a valid driver's license and driver’s abstract according to company policy
- Meet all Safety requirements and policies
- Pre-employment drug screening in effect

**This is a Seasonal position.**

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- HIGH LEVEL, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
