**Overview**
We have an immediate opening for a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team.
You have at least 1 years of previous Line Cook experience, with a minimum of 2 years professional culinary experience under your belt.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service, including backstocking the line.
- Ensure all food items are stored properly and labeled according to safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
**Requirements**:
- 1 years Line Cook experience
- 2 years experience in a Professional Culinary environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high-quality standards and a positive outlook.
- A clean-as-you-go mentality, with an understanding of the importance of a clean workspace.
- Able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
- Professional communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong sense of urgency, combined with an ability to prioritize based on need.
