Strathmore has 21 exciting opportunities for **Seasonal Parks Operators**for our summer season (April 28, 2025 - August 29, 2025).

**Hours**:
The work week is typically Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week and may include weekend and statutory holiday coverage shifts, as required. Due to Civic events, it is mandatory that all Parks Operators be available to work on Canada Day and the Heritage Day long weekend.

**Successful applicants will demonstrate on their resume**:

- Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Current Class 5 Alberta Driver’s Licence, with clean Driver’s Abstract
- Ability to operate various maintenance equipment and tools
- Can work independently, and also cooperatively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Previous parks/landscaping experience considered an asset

**In the interview we will be looking for the following competencies**:

- Ability to prioritize safe-work practices
- Ability to contribute to team cohesion and success
- Examples of past experience working independently, with mínimal supervision
