**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards.
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, customer service, and bartending techniques.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and financial reporting.
- Develop menus in collaboration with chefs that reflect seasonal offerings and customer preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels of food and beverage supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote food and beverage services within the establishment.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food service.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and financial management within a restaurant setting.
- Experience in food preparation techniques and bartending is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $46,498.38-$80,077.21 per year
