Financial Analyst

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance team As a Financial Analyst at RBR, you will work in conjunction with the finance team on all accounting and finance matters, from accounts payable and receivable management to ad-hoc finance projects and reporting. Ideally, you are someone who can quickly pivot and change direction, being an agile thinker you are able to roll up your sleeves to find viable solutions to unique challenges. **What You'll Do**:

- Complete month-end and quarter-end close procedures
- Prepare prepaid reconciliation, fixed assets, leases, and advanced payments, among others
- Reconciling corporate credit card statements
- Assist with subsidiaries and consolidated statements
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Analyzing and resolving accounts payable and accounts receivable discrepancies
- Provide in-depth analysis of AR historical data for cash collections
- Other
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Complete current funding submissions and explore additional funding sources
- Provide additional data entry support into the financial system
- Any other duties or projects as assigned

**What You Bring**:

- Ability to work with numbers and independently resolve discrepancies
- Experience with accounts payable, especially dealing with inventory/material purchases
- Experience with accounts receivable, especially dealing with online invoicing portal submissions
- Experience in working with multiple systems

**Nice to Haves**:

- Experience with working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Business Central and/or Salesforce
- Experience with month end close process and financial reporting
