**Position Responsibilities**:
1. Creating and posting sales invoices and credit notes
2. Responsible for filing and managing customer statements
3. Checking and validating on AR expense related invoices
4. Preparing and helping inventory management
5. Provide monthly and weekly reporting to senior management regarding status of aged customer accounts.
6. Continually monitor and assess the company’s collection and credit policies to ensure they are achieving the intended result and make or recommend changes where necessary.
7. Aid other accounting staff in the annual external audit review process.
8. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as may be requested.
9. Assist the controller with special projects.
10. Work in compliance with ETG Commodities Inc. Occupational Health and Safety Policy.
**Position Requirements**:
11. Degree/diploma in accounting.
12. Accounts Receivable or related experience is considered as an asset.
13. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
14. Previous experience in a multi-company environment is an asset.
15. Previous experience in Prosoft & Microsoft Dynamic ERP systems are an asset.
